We are trying to promote a paperless service so that we can provide your prescriptions quickly and efficiently without delays. The first step is to nominate your preferred pharmacy. This way we can send your prescription electronically.
Once you have nominated a pharmacy for your prescriptions, there are several options to order repeat medication. All repeat prescription requests take up to 72 working hours to process from when we receive your request. See below.
The quickest and easiest way to get your medication is to sign up to the NHS App.
