Appointment Locations – Important Information for Our Patients

Note to our patients

Dear Patients,

At 168 Medical Group, we are fortunate to operate from two of the newest and most modern GP surgeries in the area: Parklands Medical Centre and Locking Road.

We use both locations equally to help provide you with the best possible care.

When it is decided that you need an appointment, we will offer you the first available appointment with the most appropriate clinician, which may be at either location. This will depend on the clinical need of your request and where that clinician is working from that day.

We understand this may occasionally mean travelling slightly further than you're used to, for example, if you live closer to Parklands Medical Centre but are offered an appointment at our Locking Road site.

However, this approach helps us to ensure that you are seen promptly and by the right person, while making full use of the excellent facilities we are proud to offer across both sites.
