At the end of April 2026, we transitioned from the AskMyGP system to Anima.

Anima is an online triage and communication platform that allows you to submit medical or administrative requests directly to your GP practice. It integrates securely with your medical records and helps practice staff assess and respond to your needs more efficiently.

Using Anima is the quickest and easiest way to contact us - there’s no need to wait in telephone queues, and you can submit your request at a time that suits you. If you call the practice, a member of our Hub team will complete the same Anima form on your behalf, so we encourage patients to submit requests online whenever possible.
