JHoots no longer operating from 168 Locking Road

Jhoots Pharmacy no longer operate from the premises at 168 Locking Road.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we politely ask that you direct any queries to Jhoots.

What this means for you

From 16 October, you will no longer be able to collect or submit prescriptions at the pharmacy located within the 168 Locking Road surgery
You will need to use an alternative local pharmacy for prescription collection, advice, and dispensing
We encourage our patients to nominate another pharmacy through the NHS App or going in person to another pharmacy

We will continue to liaise with local pharmacy contractors and NHS partners to support continuity of supply and patient care.
