Submitting an urgent request

We are open for urgent requests online, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00

Dear Patients,

Our online opening times have changed in line with the Government’s guidelines, from 1st October 2025.

askmyGP is open for:

• Urgent requests: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
• Routine requests: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:30.

What if I have an urgent request between 16:00 and 18:30?

Please call the surgery on 01934 624242. This is the safest option for you.

What if I put an urgent request in as an routine request?

We kindly ask that you only use the “urgent” option for urgent concerns.

Using any other option for an urgent matter may delay our response and could put your health at risk.

To help us support you safely and promptly, please make sure urgent requests are always submitted through the correct “urgent” pathway.

What is the safest option for me to put in an request?

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00: use askmyGP.

Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 18:30: call the surgery.
