We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Practitioner (AP/ANP) to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a senior clinical role with high autonomy, designed for someone who is confident in making complex clinical decisions and leading patient care.
The Role
As an Advanced Practitioner at 168 Medical Group, you will manage the complete care of patients within your scope of practice, exercising clinical judgement, advanced decision-making, and expert knowledge to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage complex health conditions. You will work autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and evidence-based care.
You will have authority to triage, prescribe, request investigations, and refer, admit, or discharge patients where appropriate. You will also contribute to the development of clinical policies and lead innovation in local practice.

Permanent position. Minimum of 4 sessions per week.
Salary: Starting salary of £11,000 per session.
The post-holder will manage a patient caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered patients. Responsibilities will reflect requirements of the NHS GP Contracts, and as such may be subject to change as services adapt.
You will be required to work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the diverse practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract and GMC standards for good medical practice.
